Ingredients
- Fish Pomfret 1 kg
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Mehran fish masala 2 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 bowl
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl add lemon juice garlic paste, mix.
- Wash fish slit on fish with help of knife then add whole fish in this lemon mixture.
- Now add 1 bowl gram flour on fish coat well allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil.
- Sprinkle mehran fish masala and salt.
- Serve with green dip or ketchup.
