Ingredients

  • Fish Pomfret 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mehran fish masala 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 bowl
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add lemon juice garlic paste, mix.
  2. Wash fish slit on fish with help of knife then add whole fish in this lemon mixture.
  3. Now add 1 bowl gram flour on fish coat well allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Deep fry in medium hot oil.
  5. Sprinkle mehran fish masala and salt.
  6. Serve with green dip or ketchup.
