Cheese Tacos Pasta :
Pasta boiled 1 packet
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red chili crushed ½ tsp
Red beans 1 cup
Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
Mince ½ kg
Onion 1
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Taco chips 1 packet
Tomatoes chopped 2 cups
Capsicum 1
Coriander few leaves
Cheddar cheese 1 cup

Method:
Heat oil and fry onion .now add mince and then add ginger ,garlic ,black pepper ,crushed red chili ,Tabasco sauce ,and finely cut tomatoes add then roast it .now dish out then add mince .now add Tabasco ,cheddar cheese ,capsicums ,green coriander and boil red beans add and serve it.

Chicken kabab:
Ingredients:
Boiled potato ½ kg
Chicken mince ½ kg
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chili chopped 2 tsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Oil as required
Chaat Masala 2 tsp

Murgh cholay:

Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg
White chickpeas 2 cup
Tomatoes 250 gm
Onion 1
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Whole spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Ginger, garlic, green chilies for garnishing

Method
Heat oil and fry onions and remove, now add tomatoes, onions and grind, heat oil and fry chicken till brown, then add onion ground, tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all spice powder, whole spice, ginger garlic paste and salt cover and cook, , when chicken tenders add boil chickpeas , lastly add ginger chopped, green chilies, coriander simmer for 5 min and serve.
