Ingredients
– Chicken boneless 400g
– Olive Oil 6 tbsp
– Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
– Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
– Mustard Paste 1 tsp
– White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
– Oregano half tsp
– Chili Sauce 1 tsp
– Salt as per taste
Cooking Method
1- Cut the chicken breast in slices.
2- In a bowl, add chicken slices, olive oil, lemon juice,salt, ginger & garlic paste, mustard paste, white pepper powder, oregano, chili sauce and mix it well.
3- Now, keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
