Qeema besan tikki:

Ingredients

Beef mince ½ kg
Gram flour 1cup
Potatoes 2
Cumin crushed 1tbsp
Coriander crushed 1tbsp
All spice 1tbsp
Red pepper crushed 2tbsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Coriander 2tbsp
Green chilies 4-6
Oil as required
Other ingredients
Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp

Kali mash ki daal :

Ingredients

Black lentil ½ kg
Green chilies 10
Cumin 2tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Tomatoes 4
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Garlic 8cloves
Oil ½ cup
Clarified butter 4tbsp

Kabab Chutney:

Ingredients

Kabab 1packet

Ingredients for chutney

Onion 1
Yogurt 250gm
Green chilies 4
Garlic 1tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Tomatoes 1
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup

Method
Blend all the chutney ingredients , now fry kababs , in the remaining oil roast the blended chutney and add kabab and coriander and serve,.
