Potato Cutlets:
Ingredients
Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
Beef minced ½ kg
Eggs 2
Onion chopped 2
Carrot chopped 1
Green coriander 4tbsp
Flour ½ cup
Bread crumbs as required
Black pepper 2tsp
Ginger garlic 1tsp
Green chilies chopped 2tsp
Water 1cup
Salt 1tsp
Oil as required
Method
Mash potatoes first, now in beef minced add ginger, boil it.After that add mix minced in potatoes then add onions, carrot, coriander , black pepper, green chilies and salt. Mix well and make shape of kababs. Coat with flour then dip in egg and again roll with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil.
Mix Sabzi:
Ingredients
Potatoes ½ kg
Spinach ½ kg
Tomatoes 2
Green peas 2
Yogurt 250gm
Cauliflower 250gm
Carrots 2
Red chilies 10
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Cumin 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Mustard seeds 2tsp
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Dried fenugreek 2tbsp
Method:
Soaked red chilies for whole night. Remove, blend with cumin, salt and turmeric. Heat oil add potatoes, carrot, peas and cauliflower fry well, remove. Add mustard cook till fragrance come. Add ready yogurt mixture cook well. Add fried vegetables, spinach and tomatoes mix well. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. When vegetables are done add lemon juice, dried fenugreek and chopped coriander,serve.
Coconut Dessert:
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 4 tbsp
Condensed Milk ½ cup
Gelatin Powder 2 tsp
Coconut Powder 1 tin
Red Jelly 1 packet
Method:
• Soaked gelatin powder in 4tbsp of hot water.
• Cook milk till boil comes.add sugar keep on stirring till the sugar dissolved.
• Close the stove and add coconut powder, coconut milk, Gelatin and condensed milk mix well. Let it cool.
• Add dissolved jelly in pan cook till done. pour in the glasses.
• Pour readymixture in the glasses.
• Chill and serve.
