PEDEWALI MEETHI LASSI
Ingredients
1½ cups yogurt
¼ cup sugar
6 malai pedas, crumbled
2-3 ice cubes, crushed
Fresh malai as required
4 Almonds, slivered
6-7 saffron strands
Method
1. Take yogurt in a blender. Add ¼ cup sugar and three crumbled pedas and blend till smooth.
2. Add the ice cubes and blend again.
3. Pour into tall glass. Top with malai, remaining crumbled pedas, almond slivers and saffron.
4. Serve immediately.
