PEANUT CHIKKI
Ingredients
100 grams raw peanuts
1 cup chopped jaggery
Ghee for greasing
Method
1. Grease a barfi tray with some ghee.
2. Dry roast peanuts till lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat, peel and halve.
3. Heat a non-stick pan. Add jaggery and stir till it melts. Add roasted peanuts and mix well.
4. Spread peanut mixture in the greased tray, cut into squares and set aside to cool.
5. Serve.
