One Pot Chicken Fajita Pasta:
Ingredients
Tikka boti ½ packet
Red bell pepper 1 sliced
Capsicum 1 sliced
Onion 1 sliced
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Cumin roasted & crushed 1 ½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Milk 4 cups
Cream 2 cups
Pan pasta boiled 3 cups
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Parsley finely chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp crushed
Method
Heat oil add garlic fry for 1 min, add tikka boti, all the veggies, cook for 5 mins, add seasonings with milk and cream, add pasta, cook till thick and bubbly, add cheese and cook till cheese melts, remove and serve immediately.

Italian Garlic Soup With Crispy Croutons:
Ingredients
Onion peeled and chopped ½ cup
Spring onion ½ cup
Leek finely chopped ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Dried thyme 1 tsp
Potatoes peeled 1 cup
Chicken stock 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cream 1 cup
Parsley finely chopped 2 tbsp
Ingredients for croutons
French loaf cubes half
Butter 2 tbsp
Method
Heat butter and oil in a pan, add in chopped onion, spring onion and leek, crushed garlic, potatoes, thyme and chicken stock with seasonings, cook covered till potatoes tender, remove, cool and blend mixture, return to the pan, add cream, cook till thick, remove, serve garnished with chopped parsley and croutons.

Hot & Spicy Nuggets:
Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast 250 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Green chilies finely chopped 2
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Method
In a bowl put chicken cubes with all the remaining ingredients, gram flour paste, mix all well together, leave it for 15 mins, then add in it 1 egg white, mix well, coat chicken nuggets with bread crumbs, chill for 30 mins, deep fry in hot oil, remove when golden, serve with fries.
