Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use other types of noodles?

Yes, you can use thin egg noodles or any other crispy noodle variety that wraps easily and fries well.

How do I prevent the noodles from unwrapping while frying?

Ensure the noodles are wrapped tightly around the chicken. Fry in small batches to avoid crowding the pan, which can cause noodles to loosen.

Can I bake instead of deep-frying?

Yes, place the wrapped chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, though it may not be as crunchy as frying.
