Make these dark chocolate coated truffles for your kids made with oats and peanut butter, sweetened with honey, perfect for all occasions.

OATS AND PEANUT BUTTER TRUFFLES

Ingredients

1 cup oats
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup roasted peanut powder
2 tbsps honey
1 cup melted dark chocolate
½ cup melted white chocolate

Method

1. Heat a non-stick pan, add oats and dry roast on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Constantly mixing. Take it off the heat, transfer into a bowl and allow to cool.
2. Add peanut butter, honey and peanut powder. Mix till well combined.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
4. Coat each oats-peanut balls with meted dark chocolate and place it on a parchment sheet. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
5. Take melted white chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle on top of each truffle. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
6. Serve.
