Achari Qeema
**INGREDIENTS**
1-2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tbsp National tomato ketchup
1 tbsp National chaat masala
1 tsp black pepper
1½ tomatoes
1½ tbsp National mix pickle
2 onions
500 gms minced meat
Oil for frying
National Salt to taste
** METHOD**
1- Heat oil and fry onions.
2- Add minced meat and cook till it changes its colour.
3- Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste and National tomato ketchup.
4- Stir-fry and finally National mix pickle.
5- Cover the pan and leave for 10-15 minutes.
6- While serving, garnish with coriander leaves and National chaat masala
