INGREDIENTS

Chicken 1 kg

Rice 750 gm (soaked for 30 minutes)

1 packet National Bombay Biryani 

2 Tab spoon ginger paste

2 Tab spoon garlic paste

½ cup Yogurt 

6 Tomatoes ( siled )

3 onion ( siled )

10 green chillies

1Lemon (siled)

1 cup fresh dhania

1 cup fresh podina

2 Tab spoon national vinegar

National salt ( as required)

Yellow food colour (as required)

1cup oil

METHOD

Ak pan mea oil garam karen or is me onion daal kar golden brown kar len or nikal kar rakh len

Ab isi pan mea chicken or yogurt daal kar 5 minutes bhon len

Ab is mea ginger garlic half brown onion or national bambay biryani masala dal kar 5 minutes bhon len

Ab 2 glass pani daal kar dhank den 10 minutes

10 minutes baad chicken ka pani khusk hojaye to is mea green chilies

 half tomatoes half dhaniya half podina daal kar 5 minutes mix karlen or chulay se utar len

Ab ak pan me 5 glass pani daal kar garam karen phr us mea rice vinegar or salt daal kar boil kar len

Ab ak pan me ready chicken masala ki ak layer lagayen phr boil rice ki layer or sath hi thora dhiania podina lemon tomatoes or brown onion daltey jayen or 4 layer lagaden 

Food colour pani mea mix karen or rice ke uper dal den or low flame par 10 minutes daam laga den

 Mazedar national bombay birayani tayar hia 

Raity or salad ke sath serve karen
