Kaju (8-10)
Laal mirch 1tsp
Kutti laal mirch 2tsp
Haldi 1tsp
Salt to taste
Dhania powder 2tsp
Kasoori methi 1tbsp
Butter 2tbsp
Cream half cup
Green chillies n green coriander leaves for garnishing
METHOD:
Sliced pyaz ko fry karen oil ya ghee mein.
Sath he sabt garam masalay daal den..thora fry kr k gosht dal den.
G.g paste dalen aur gosht ka colr change hone tk fry karen.
Tamatr dalen, ghee alag honay tk pakaen aur sath mein sab masalay dalen, namak mirch dhania pwder haldi sab dal den..
Dahi dalen aur phr se ghee alag honay tk pakaen..aur 3 cup pani dalen ya itna dalen k gosht gal jae aur kaju b daal den,pakne den.
Jab gosht gal jae tou butter, cream aur sukhi methi (qasoori methi ko hath se masal kr) daalen..
Achi tarah bhoon k flame off krden..dish out kr k upar cream, butter, hari mirch aur hara dhania se garnish karen.
