Ingredients
Mutton 1 kg (boneless, small pieces)
Cottage cheese 200 gm (cut in to small cubes)
National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
National Red chili powder 1 tsp
Clarified butter 1 cup
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Whole white cumin 1 tsp (roast and ground)
Rose water (kewra) few drops
Capsicum 3 (cut into strips)
Yogurt 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Onion 1 cup (finely chopped)
Green cardamom 6
National Salt to taste

Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pot and fry green cardamom for few minutes.
Then add onion and fry till golden brown.
Then add National ginger garlic paste, National coriander powder, National red chili powder, National salt, cumin, National turmeric powder and mutton; roast for a while.
Now combine yogurt in it and roast well.
Add one cup hot water and cook until meat is tender.
Once meat is tender then add capsicum and roast well.
Finally add cottage cheese cubes and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Mutton cheese is ready to serve with boiled rice.
