1 packet National Karahi Gosht
2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion ( chopp)
2 Tbsp ginger (chopp)
6 tomatoes (chopp)
2 tbsp yogurt
½ cup fresh dhania
6 green chilli
2 cup oil
METHOD
Sab se phele Tomatoes ka chelka utar kar chote piece karlen
Ak pan me 2 tsp oil garam karen or tomatoes ko high heat par bhonlen len
Ab ak pan mea 2 cup oil daal kar us me choop onion daal kar light brown karen phr us mea chicken ginger garlic past or yogurt daal ka 5 minutes high heat par bhonlen
Ab chicken me karahi masala dal kar 5 minutes mix karen or 1 glass pani dal kar 15 minutes pakayen
Chicken ka pani khusk hojaye to tomatoes daal kar 10 minutes low heat par bhonlen
Phr dhania green chili or ginger daal kar 1 minutes daam den
Mazedar karahi tayar hai
Garam garam naan ke sath serve karan
