Ingredients

Mutton brain 3

Oil ½ cup

Onion 1 cup (chopped)

National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

National Chili powder 1 ½ tsp

Tomato 2 (chopped)

Yogurt ½ cup

Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Allspice ½ tsp

Green chilies 4 (chopped)

Coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)

Ginger 1 tbsp (slice)

Cooking Directions

Wash and remove veins from brain.

 

Heat oil in a wok, fry chopped onion till light golden.

 

Add National ginger garlic paste, salt, National chili powder, tomatoes and yogurt, fry well till oil comes on top.

 

Add brain, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

 

Lastly add cream, allspice, coriander, green chilies and ginger.

 

Serve with nan.
