Recipe:

Chicken.  1kg 

Curd.        250gm 

Coriander leaves.   1 bunch

Mint leave.           1/2bunch

Green chilli.         10-12 no 

Garlic ginger.         3 tb/sp

Onion.              3 medium size

Crush black pepper.      1/t/so

Crush coriander.         1t/sp

Crush cuminseed.         1t/so

Lemon.           2pcs

Salt.    As ur wish 

Oil.    200gm 

Grind masla :

Coriander leave ,mint ,ginger garlic,onion,and green chilli .

Method : take a pot add oil it warm add chicken soathy then add curd ,salt and grind masla cook for 25 mint .when chicken in well done condition at the end squash lemon ,and sprinkle black pepper, coriander,and cumin .

For garnishing:

Ginger fine stick ,and green chilli
