Ingredients
Foxtail millet flour- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1/2 cup
Cauliflower florets- 1/2 cup
National Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
National Salt to taste
Oil- to deep fry
In a bowl add cauliflower florets.
Add foxtail millet flour, rice flour, grated ginger, cauliflower florets, red chilli powder, salt, curry leaves and sprinkle water so as to mix it. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and slowly put in the coated cauliflower florets and fry til golden brown.
Serve with any sauce.
