Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
• meat 1 kg(cut 1 inch pieces)
• onion 4/5 (cut it)
• Tomato paste 6 table spoon
• Ginger+Garlic paste 2 Tea spoon
• red Chilli powder 1 Tea spoon
• Garam masala powder half Tea spoon
• Salt as you required
• Italia OliveOil 2 table spoon
• yogurt 1 small cup(3 table spoon)
• Spaghetti packet 1
• Crinkle chips for garnish
• Coriander leaves for garnish
• Salt for Spaghetti bOil 1 Tea spoon
• Oil for Spaghetti bOil 1 table spoon
INGREDIENTS FOR CURRY:
• garam flour(besan) 1 table spoon
• yogurt half kg
• Salt as you required
• Cumin seeds 1 pinch
• tumeric powder half Tea spoon
• Lemon juIce fresh 5 table spoon
How to make Khausa
METHOD:
1. Boil the spaghetti with salt and oil.
2. For curry, mix all ingredients and cook it in slow flame for 10-15 minute, ready your curry.
3. We make meat gravy, fry the onion in oil.
4. Put meat pieces and mix it after 5 minutes put tomato paste ginger+garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix it well.
5. Add water to cooked meat and leave for atleast 1 hour.
6. After complete cooked meat and water dries, put yogurt and full the flame, mix yogurt well.
7. After 10 minutes, ready your gravy.
8. Give 1 plate, fill with spaghetti put first curry then meat gravy at top, then garnish with chips, coriander leaves.
9. READY TO EAT.
