Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/4 Cup
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Poppy Seeds 2 tbsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Coconut 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 6
Fresh Cream 4 tbsp
Almond 10
Garnish Ingredients:
Green Coriander 1 tsp (Chopped)
Pistachio 1 tsp (Chopped)
Almond 5 (Chopped)
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a blender jar and add 10 Almonds, Poppy Seeds, Coconut, 2 tbsp milk and blend it well. Your Paste is Ready.
Step 2: Now Take a pot and add 2 tbsp oil and add onion and green chilli and cook it with stir for 2 minutes and then put this into a blender jar and add remaining milk and yogurt and blend it well. Your Paste is Ready.
Step 3: Now take pot and add remaining all oil and preheat it and then add National Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add chicken and stir it on medium flame until it’s color changed and then add paste (from Step 1 and 2) add both the pastes and stir it well and then add National Coriander Powder, National Cumin Powder, National White Pepper Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, Salt and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 4: After that remove the lid and stir it and add Fresh Cream and turn off the flame and then stir it well and garnish with Ginger, Green Coriander, Almond, Pistachio and cover with lid for 2 minutes without flame. After that serve it and enjoy it.
