Mint Rice :
Ingredients:
Rice soaked 3 cups
Whole all spice 2 tbsp
Food color 1 pinch
Biryani essence few drops
Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Chicken cube 1
Mint 1 bunch
Green coriander 1 bunch
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Boil the rice then add 1 tbsp all spices ,1/2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp mint add then add boil rice .when rice remain before few done then strain it .after this in a woke .heat oil then add garlic ginger and 1 tbsp whole spices and roast well .when it’s come to smell then add green chilies and 2 cup of water add and cook .when water remain 1 cup .then add chicken cube add .then add boil rice .then add mint ,coriander ,black pepper and salt mix .then add food color and biryani essence in one side then leave fir ½ an hour then serve .
Desi Murgh Karahi :
Ingredients:
Desi chicken 1
Onion 2
Tomato ½ kg
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Finely cut green chili ½ cup
Green coriander ½ cup
Clarified butter 250 grams
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Crushed whole coriander 1 tbsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
Lemon slices 2
Method:
In pressure cooker add onion ,tomato ,ginger garlic ,1/2 tsp salt and 2 cup of water add and cook for 20 minutes .when meat tender then in hot plate or large karahi add clarified butter then add all remaining ingredients and roast then add chicken.Finally garnish with lemon slices and serve .
