Mexican salsa chicken:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 200 gm
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mozzarella cheese 50 gm
Chopped parsley as required
Ingredients for salsa:
Chopped tomatoes 4
Chopped onion 1
Green coriander ½ cup
Pickled jalapenos 1
Sugar ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ingredients for cream cheese:
Cream cheese 250 gm
Butter 100 gm
Garlic minced ½ tsp
Milk ¾ cup

Chocolate lasagna:
Ingredients:
Chocolate chips ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Biscuits 36
Butter cream 6 tbsp
Cream cheese 18 ounces
Milk 3 cup
Chocolate pudding 24 ounces
Ingredients for crust:
Chocolate cookies 3 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Butter melted ½ cup
Ingredients for Ganache:
Milk chocolate chips ¾ cup
Cream ½ cup
Ingredients for cream cheese:
Cream cheese 8 ounces
Sugar ¼ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chocolate syrup 1-2 tbsp
Ingredients for chocolate pudding:
Chocolate pudding 1 ounce
Milk 3 cup
Ingredients for whipped cream:
Cream 2 cup
Sugar powder ¼ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chocolate syrup 1-1/2 tbsp
For garnish
Chocolate curls for garnish
Chocolate sauce for garnish

Chandan Kabab:
Ingredients:
Beef minced 250 gm
Chicken minced 250 gm
Fried onion ½ cup
Salt to taste
Green chilies 6-8
White pepper ½ tsp
Red chili ½ tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
All spice ½ tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Onion grated 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Coal 1 piece
Onion, tomatoes and salad to serve
