Amisha Doshi shows us how to make a 2 minute delicious and easy Mexican Bhel, with the adddition of nachos instead of the traditional sev. A must-try recipe, this ensures the pefect taste without any hassle when unexpected guests come home!

MEXICAN BHEL

Ingredients

2 cups nachos + for garnishing
½ cup baked beans, chilled
¼ small purple cabbage, shredded
¼ small cabbage, shredded
3-4 tablespoons boiled corn kernels
2-3 tablespoons red chilli sauce
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method

1. Mix together purple cabbage, cabbage, corn kernels, baked beans, chilli sauce, crushed peppercorns, salt, coriander leaves and 2 cups crushed nachos.
2. Place a large cookie cutter on a serving platter. Put the bhel in the cutter and lightly press to level it out. Demould.
3. Crush some nachos, garnish on top and serve immediately.
