Ingredients
Ground Beef 1 kg
Fresh Coriander (bunch chopped) 1
Green Chilli 3-4
Bread Slices 3-4
National Salt (as required)
National Ginger/Garlic Paste 1-2 tsp
National Garam Masala 1 1/2 tsp
National Haldi 1 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
For Coating Cutlets
Egg (mixed lightly with 2 tbsp water) 1
Bread Crumbs 2-3 cups
Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Mix everything together in a processor until well blended.
Shape into balls and flatten into cutlets with hands.
Now dip each cutlet into egg then bread crumbs.
Repeat.
Fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides and serve immediately with ketchup.
