Malai Handi:
Ingredients
Chicken karahi peaces ½ kg
Cream 1 cup
Tomatoes paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Green chilies as required
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions , now add tomatoes ground , red chili powder , turmeric , black pepper powder, salt and giner garlic and roast . now add chicken and roast , then add tomato paste , yogurt , and cream and cook and cover on low flame.when it tenders add green chilies , coriander and butter then remove and serve .
Masala bread toast :
Ingredients:
Bread slice 6
Boil chicken 250gm
Cheddar cheese ½ tsp
Red chilies crushed½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Olives 2tbsp
Onion 1
Green chili 1
Oregano ½ tsp
Oil 4tbsp
Tomato paste 1tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan fry chicken, now add chopped potatoes , now add crushed red chilies , salt , black pepper , onions , green chilies , oregano , olives , and tomato paste mix , now pour it on toast and add cheese , lastly bake on 180 deg for 5 min and serve .
Methi mirch chawal:
Ingredients
Rice ½ kg
Potatoes ½ kg
Fenugreek ½ kg
Green chilies 50gm
Butter 50gm
Turmeric 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Onion 1
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Tomatoes 2
Method
Heat oil fry onions , now add cumin , potatoes and fry well , now add fenugreek , turmeric, salt , tomatoes , green chilies, black pepper and ginger garlic and cook, when potatoes tender add soaked rice , when rice tender simmer and add butter and serve.
