HOMEMADE PLUM JAM
Ingredients
400 grams fresh plums
1 cup castor sugar
2 inch cinnamon stick
Method
1. Roughly chop fresh plums and set aside.
2. Heat a non-stick deep pan and add the chopped plums in it. Add sugar and cinnamon stick. Cook till pulpy, stirring occasionally. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
3. Transfer the prepared jam into an air tight jar.
4. Store or serve as required.
