Grilled fish :
Ingredients:
Seer fish ½ kg
Flour as required
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method :
In fish all spices mic and leave for half and hours .now in fish as required flour coat then grill it .

Cold Coffee Cake:
Ingredients:
Milk 500 ml
coffee 1 tbs
Sugar 3 tbs
Cream 400 ml
Caster sugar 2-3 tbs
Cocoa powder 1 – ½ tbs
Rusk 1 packet
Cream 400 ml

METHOD:
-In saucepan, add milk, coffee and sugar, whisk well and bring it to boil & set aside.
-In bowl, add cream, caster sugar, cocoa powder, whisk well & set aside.
-Now dip rusk one by one through the coffee milk mixture to absorb the liquid then settle into a serving dish forming a bed.
-On wet layer of Rusk, add a layer of cream cocoa powder mixture.
-Repeat the layers alternatively until you reach the edge of the serving dish.
-Garnish with cream and coffee powder.
-Freeze for 3-4 hours & serve!

Baingan ka achar :
Ingredients:
long eggplants ½ kg
salt 1 tsp
red chili 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
turmeric ½ tsp
green garlic 1 tbsp
water 1 glass
method:
long eggplants boil 15 minutes .now cut the eggplants in between .then aff ingredients mix and fill in the jar and leave for 2 to 3 day .
