Ingredients
Chicken 4 pieces
Curd 4 tbsp
National Cumin seed 1 tbsp
National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
National Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chillies 6
Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Green color (optional)
Wash chicken and slit with knife.
Put all ingredients with oil and marinate for 1 hour
Heat pan put pieces direct on pan.
Cook chicken well till tender .
Sprinkle lemon juice when serve.
