  1. The owner at the end seems to struggle that basically his vision of the restaurant is gone and replaced with Gordon's revised one. Fortunately he understands that the primary purpose is being achieved, making money.

  2. It's my favourite fantasy to have freshly caught fish and chips near the sea, but I'm always disappointed at lack of fish and chip places near the sea.

  3. Owner is being a bit ungrateful/unreasonable I think. I understand it's harrowing to feel like you are being stripped of control and your visions are meaningless, but he ASKED for help. Sometimes you have to strip it back and ask yourself whether you are prepared to pay the price of success.

  4. yeah it is but that's the concept. i have trouble explaining things but i hope this one works, the bones are actually attached to the spine which he slice the fish to 2 big portion, and slice a portion behind the head (this is where the bone and spine should start) then he take it from there, and simply just pull it out carefully so the bones wouldn't stick to the fillet. But I really don't know what kind of fish that is. I just love the way he cooks 🙂
