Ingredients :
¾ L Milk
½ tin condenced milk
100grm rice noodles
ruh-e-afza or rose syrup according to taste
3tbsl tukhme-malinga (sabja seeds)
(Soaked in water for 2 hours)
Vanill ice cream ( i took strawberry and choclolate too)
Chopped nuts :Almond+Pistachio
Sugar 2-4tblsp or to taste
-soak the sabja seed in water for atlest 2 hours
-boil the milk with condenced milk and sugar
(do taste as it will be sweet after adding the condenced milk!!)
-boil the sabja seeds seperately till soft and add in the milk
-I cooked the milk till it was thick in consistency
-dish out in a bowl and let it chill
-serveing in a dessert glass:
-2-3 spoons of falooda
-2-3 scoops of ice cream
-3tbsp Olper Cream
-drizzle ruh-e-afza
-serve chiled
you can add jelly in it too…
