Eggless Banana Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients for chocolate sauce:
Dark chocolate (chopped) ¾ cup
Fresh cream 2-1/2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
Mashed bananas ½ cup
Whipped cream 1 cup
Caster sugar 1 tsp
Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Chocolate (grated) 2 tbsp (for garnish)
Method:
For made the chocolate sauce in a non stick pan fresh cream and milk boil while spoon stirring continuously. Then chopped dark chocolate mix and cook till then chocolate melt then place a side. Now in a bowl chocolate sauce and mashed banana well mix and place a side. After this whipped cream, sugar powder and vanilla essence well mix in a bowl. Now add the chocolate and banana mixture mix. Then ready mixture divided in 4 glass or bowl and place in refrigerator till than mousse settle down After this garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate then cool and serve.

Madrasi Cutlets:
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Chopped onion 1 large
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Sliced green chilies 3
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Potatoes (boiled & mashed)2 large
Ingredients for coating:
Gram flour 1 cup
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Sliced green chilies 2
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan heat 6 tbsp oil then add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute. Now add beef and fry for 10 minutes on high heat. Then add red chili powder and salt with 1 cup water and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes on high heat and reduce all the liquid. Now add onion and green chilies and fry for a minute. Then cool and add potatoes and mix well. In a bowl add all the ingredients of coating except oil then add water to make it a smooth paste. Now shape the meat and potato mix into a cutlet shape. Then heat oil in a pan and dip the cutlet into the gram flour mix and fry on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and serve.

Mexican Bites:
ingredients:
Chicken cubes 1 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Crushed black pepper ¼ tsp
Green chilies (finely cut) 2
Spring onions( finely cut) 2
Salsa sauce 1 cup
Samosa Sheets 12
Cheese ½ cup
Method:
Firstly heat oven then grace the muffin tray and cut the Samosa Patti and keep on tray and bake for 2 minutes till than golden colour then remove add chicken, spring onion, salsa sauce, crushed black pepper and green chili mix then fill the chili after this on top mozzarella cheese add and bake for 3 minutes then melt the cheese .finally serve it.
