8 organic egg whites, beaten
¼ cup labneh
1 tsp sumac powder
1 tbsp butter
½ small onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 cups fresh baby spinach
arabic bread
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil to drizzle (optional)
