Studies indicate that people who eat bananas regularly have a strong heart. With a strong heart the chances of any cardiovascular diseases is reduced manifolds.

Bananas help to create a balance of sodium and potassium in the body hence lower our blood pressure. Bananas are a good source of vitamin C, which helps to control the formation of cancer causing radicals inside the body. 

In addition to all this bananas are really very easy to digest, hence promotes gastric health. Bananas are vital in treating diarrhea!  The fiber content in bananas support a healthy intestine and reduce the risk of colon cancer. People with constipation are recommended to eat 2 bananas regularly!
