Jamie takes the principles of a classic fish pie recipe and gives it an incredible curry twist. Generous pieces of haddock, salmon and lemon sole are gently cooked in a spiced base along with large succulent prawns and hard boiled eggs. With Buddy on hand to help Jamie tops the pie with smooth mashed potato and bakes it until golden and bubbling. The spicy temper drizzled over the top really makes it a dish to die for.
