Tortilla Bread Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as you required
Buffalo Sauce Ingredients:
Hot Sauce 3/4 Cup
Butter 2 tbsp
National Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
National White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
National Salt 1/4 tsp
Chicken stuffing Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 250 gms
Buffalo Sauce 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 1 Chopped
Onion 1 (Chopped)
National Salt 1/4 tsp
National Black Pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese as you required
Tortilla Bread Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, National Salt and mix it well and then add Oil and then knead it well with water as you required. After that cover it and rest it for 30 minutes.
Step 2: After that make balls and take a dough ball and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and rolling it and put on the preheated tawa/pan and half cook it from both sides. Follow this and make all Tortilla Breads.
Buffalo Sauce Direction:
Step 3: Take a pan and add Butter and melt it well and then add Hot Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Vinegar, National White Pepper Powder, Paprika Powder, Garlic Powder, Sugar, National Salt, National Tomato Ketchup and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that your Buffalo Sauce is ready.
Chicken stuffing Direction:
Step 4: Take a pan and add oil and add chicken and stir it well until it become into white color and then add cover it and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that remove the lid and stir it and add Capsicum, Onion, National Salt, National Black Pepper powder and stir it well and add Buffalo Sauce 1/2 Cup and stir it well and turn off the flame. Your Chicken stuffing is ready.
Final Direction:
Step 5: Take a Tortilla Bread and place Chicken stuffing and then put Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and then fold it (watch video for proper understanding) Follow this and make all wraps. Now shallow fry it on tawa/pan from both sides. Now your Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wraps are ready.
