Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 250g
- Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Yoghurt 1 tbsp
- Tamarind Pulp 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Italia Oil 2 tbsp
- Boiled Potatoes 2 or 3
Method:
- Add Italia Oil in a pot. Put curry leaves, cumin and all other ingredients.
- When a smooth paste is formed add boiled chickpeas and potatoes.
- Cover the lid and put on dum for 5 minutes.
- Serve with slims and coriander.
