Paranthas stuffed with grated cheese makes them a super favourite amongst kids. Do try !

CHILLI CHEESE PARANTHA

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
½ cup refined flour (maida) + for dusting
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
½ cup grated processed cheese
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
½ tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Butter for basting

Method

1. Knead together wheat flour, refined flour, salt, oil and sufficient water to a stiff dough.
2. Mix together processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, green chillies, chilli flakes, salt and coriander leaves in another bowl.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions, stuff each with a spoonful of cheese mixture, shape into balls, dust with flour and roll out into paranthas.
4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place paranthas on it and roast till evenly done from both the sides, basting with butter.
5. Serve hot with pickle and yogurt.
