Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients:
Lasagna sheets
Minced chicken: 1/2 kg
Italia olive oil 2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
White pepper to sprinkle
Red chilli flakes sprinkle
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Oregano to sprinkle
Salt 1/2tsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 1tbsp
Method:
In a pan add oil, then ginger garlic paste and minced chicken, stir and add all the spices, let it cook then keep it aside.
For tomato sauce:
Tomatoes 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli sauce 2-3 tbsp
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Red chilli flakes to sprinkle
Red chilli powder: 1tsp
Black pepper: 1tsp
Italia olive oil: 1tbsp
Method:
Blend tomatoes, then in a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and all other ingredients, cook till it thickens.
White sauce:
2tbsp Italia olive oil
2tbsp maida
2cup milk
White pepper
Black pepper
Salt to taste
In a pan add olive oil, then maida in it till the smell appears, add milk and allow it to thicken add remaining ingredients and keep aside
Lasagna sheets:
Boil lasagna sheets. Drain the excess water and pour a little bit more oil on them so that they don’t stick together.
Layering:
Grease the baking tray with oil or butter and start layering now,
First layer: lasagna sheets, in a way that it covers the base of the tray.
Second layer: chicken, red sauce, white sauce, cheddar and mozeralla cheese.
Third layer: Lasagna sheets again.
Fourth layer: Repeat the second layer.
Place the baking tray in the pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius / 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins.
Garnish with red chilli flakes and some oregano! Italia olives and capsicum.
