MANGO ALMOND BUTTER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 cup chopped mangoes, frozen
Β½ cup almond butter
3-4 cups milk
2 bananas, peeled
6-8 almonds
4-5 scoops vanilla ice cream
Β½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon castor sugar
Ice cubes as required
Mango wedges for garnishing
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Blend together bananas, frozen mangoes, almonds, almond butter, ice cream, vanilla essence, castor sugar, ice cubes and milk till smooth.
2. Pour into individual serving bottles, garnish with mango wedges and mint sprigs and serve chilled.
