Chicken Gloria Casserole:
Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless) 750 gm
Mushroom slices ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Flour 1 cup
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Boiled noodles 1 bowl
Ingredients for sauce:
Butter 4 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cream 1 packet
Salt to taste
Mace powder 1 pinch
Parsley for garnish
Method:
Apply salt, black pepper and chopped garlic on chicken pieces. Then roll in flour and shallow fry. Stir fry slice mushroom. For sauce heat butter and fry flour. Add chicken stock and mix well. Add lemon juice, mace, cream and salt cook till thick. Add mushroom and chicken and dish out on noodle, cover with aluminum. Bake in preheat oven for 20 min. dish out and garnish with parsley.
Biscuit Pie:
Base Ingredients:
Digestive biscuits (powder) 1-1/2cup
Butter 4tbsp
Cherries for garnishing
Filling’s ingredients
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence few drops
Yogurt 1packet
Cream 1packet
Corn flour 1tbsp
Orange juice 4tbsp
Method:
Drain the yogurt water with a muslin cloth. Now add melted butter in digestive biscuits powder and mix them thoroughly and set it on a pie dish. Now in a preheated oven bake it for 8-10mins at 180 degrees. Now beat all the fillings ingredients for 2-3mins. Then put it on pie crust and bake till it gets set. Lastly decorate it with cherries and cream.
