Chicken Fries with Chili Garlic Sauce :
Ingredients:
Chicken fries 1 packet
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Oil for frying
Method:
Chicken fries fry in oil .now chili garlic sauce and mayonnaise mix and serve with chicken fries.
Baked Cheese Paratha :
Ingredients:
White flour (knead) ½ kg
Boiled potatoes grated 2
Cabbage 1 cup
Boiled chicken 1 cup
Green onion 1 cup
Green chilies 2
Cheese 2 cups
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Mint 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Method:
Make balls with knead flour .now in a bowl all ingredient and half cheese add mix .after this ball roll out and keep mixture .then roll the second dough and make moon shape .finely place on oven prove dish and cut into pieces .finally add cheese and bake 180 degree centigrade for 5 minutes and serve .
Chicken Malai Tikka :
Chicken marination ingredients:
Chicken pieces ½ kg
Cream ½ cup
Raw paste 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Other ingredients:
Coal 1 piece
Yogurt 1 cup
Onion 1
Cashew nut 6
Green chilies 6
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
All spices powder ½ tsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In chicken all chicken marinating ingredients mix and leave for ½ an hour .after this all other ingredients mix and blend .after this heat oil and roast the masala and add the marinated chicken and roast then do then smoke with coal and serve .
