Chicken Fries with Cheese:
Ingredients:
Chicken fries 1 packet
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
Fry chicken fries and pour in baking tray then add Capsicum chopped, Oregano, Chili garlic sauce and cheddar cheese then bake for 5 minutes and serve.

Jheenga Aalu Biryani:

Ingredients:
Prawns ½ kg
Boiled rice ½ kg
Potatoes ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomatoes 2
Onions 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cardamom 4
Yellow food color as required
Oil ½ cup
Green chili, coriander as required
Mint as required

Method
Heat oil and fry onion in it then add potatoes and fry them as well. Now add prawns, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, black pepper, yogurt and cardamom and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then add rice, coriander, green chilies, mint and yellow food color and put it on dum.
