Education and Training

In 2008, Aram opened his flagship restaurant, “Ketch Up,” which would become one of Moscow’s most popular and successful restaurants. Ketch Up was unique in that it combined elements of Italian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani cuisine, which created a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Over the next few years, Aram continued to expand his restaurant empire, opening several more restaurants throughout Moscow and other parts of Russia. He also began to experiment with new flavors and techniques, incorporating ingredients from all over the world into his dishes.

Awards and Recognition

Aram Mnatsakanov’s talent and hard work have earned him numerous awards and accolades throughout his career. In 2011, he was named the “Best Chef in Moscow” by Time Out magazine, and in 2013, he was awarded the prestigious “Chef of the Year” award by the Russian Restaurant Guide.
