Sandwich in an interesting avatar.
CHEESY CHEELA SANDWICH
Ingredients
180 grams Tata Sampann Multi Grain Chilla Mix
4 tsps oil + for drizzling
60 grams cheddar cheese
40 grams mozzarella cheese
6-8 basil leaves
½ tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp dried red chilli flakes
Green chutney to serve
Method
1. In a large bowl, add Tata Sampann Multi Grain Chilla Mix, 1cup water and whisk till well combined.
2. For one portion, heat ½ tsp oil of in two small non-stick pans. Pour a portion of batter in each and spread it lightly.
3. Drizzle oil in both the pans and allow the chillas to cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
4. Meanwhile, grate cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese in it. Snip and add the basil leaves, dried oregano leaves and dried red chilli flakes. Mix well.
5. Flip both and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side. Take them off the heat and place them on a worktop.
6. Place a portion of the prepared stuffing on one chilla and cover it with the other to make a sandwich.
7. Heat another non-stick pan, drizzle a little oil in the hot pan, place the chillasandwich on it. Cook till golden brown and crisp on both sides.
8. Cut them into half and place them on a serving plate. Serve hot with green chutney.
