Caramel Pudding:
Ingredients for milk mixture
Milk 2cups
Sugar ¼ cup
Ingredients for caramel
Sugar ½ cup
Water as required
Other ingredients
Eggs 8
Vanilla essence few drops
Method for milk mixture
Cook on hogh falme till 8 to 10 min
Method for caramel
Cook and caramelize then cool it
Method
Beat eggs for 2 min and then add milk mixture then mix well add few drops vanilla essnece then mix well this mixture was ready…
Phir caramel k upper yh mixture dalngy or rape krdngy foil sy… Then fill the pot half inch with hot water then bake 170c for 40-45min ….
lets cool ..
Refegerator for 4-5 hours
Roll paratha:
Ingredients
Chapli kabab ½ packet
Onion as required
paratha ½ packet
Ingredients for sauce
Mayonnaise 3tbsp
Hot sauce 1tbsp
Black paper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar ¼ tsp
all ingrednts mix well .. Sauce ready

Cheese And Sizzling Malai Boti:
Ingredient for malai boti
Chicken boneless 250gm
Yogurt 3tbsp
Cream 2tbsp
green chili paste ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
All spice ¼ tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Black paper powder ¼ tsp
Ingredient for white sauce
Butter 2tbsp
Flour 2tbsp
Milk as required
Salt to taste
Red crushed chili ½ tsp
Black paper powder ¼ tsp
Coriander chopped ½ tbsp
Chicken powder ¼ tsp
Method… In sabko mix kr k 30 min k liye raklh daingy then stick may dal kr cook krngy then us k upper white sauce or mozzeralla cheese dal kr adain cook krngy then jb cheese melt hojye to surve krn
Method for white sauce .. All ingrdnt mix well and untill cook
Tuscan chicken casserole with cheese:
Ingredients to marinate chicken
Chicken 250 gm
Oil ½ tbsp
Butter ¼ tbsp
Onion 1 large
Garlic crushed ½ tsp
Paprika powder 1tsp
Black paper powder ½ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Crushed red chili ¼ tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Dried oregano 1tsp
Tomato paste ½ tbsp
Tomato 1 medium
Mushroom chopped 50gm
mustard paste ¼ tsp
Boil macaroni ½ cup
Ingredients for béchamel sauce
Butter 2tbsp
Flour 2tbsp
Black paper 1tsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
All spice ¼ tsp
Milk as required
cheddar cheese ½ cup

Egg = 1 no (beat)
Then untill cook then add
Cream = 1/2 cup
Then mix well then serve in try then add mozzarella cheese on top +dry basil + paprika pwd.. Then bake for 15 to 20 min on 180c
