Bhindi Gosht:
For meat Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 6 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Grinded onion ½ cup
For bhindi ingredients:
Lady fingers 200 grams
Green chili 3-4
Oil ¾ cup
Green coriander as required
All spices powder ½ tsp
Method:
In a pot mutton and all ingredients add. now water and oil add then cook till then neat tender. then roast well. after this lady fingers fry in oil. now in meat add water for gravy then add fried lady fingers, green chilies and all spices powder and cook 5 to 6 minutes. Finally remove and garnish with green coriander and serve.

Aalu ka baghar wala raita:
Ingredients:
Boil potatoes 1
Yogurt 1 cup
Roasted crushed cumin ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 pinch
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Finely cut green coriander as required
Finely cut green chili as required
Salt as required
Curry leaves as required
Crushed red chili 2 pinch
Method:
In yogurt salt and cumin mix and beat well. then boil potatoes cut. then add crushed garlic, green coriander and green chili mix and dish out. then heat oil and fry curry leaves, crushed red chili and turmeric fry and pour on raita then serve.

Qeemay Kay Shami Kabab:
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Gram lentils 1 cup
Boil potatoes 1
Salt to taste
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil as required
For masala ingredients:
Mints ½ cup
Chopped green chili 4-5
Chopped onion 1
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Egg 2
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Nutmeg mace ¾ tsp
Salad leaves, cucumber as required
Tomatoes, onion as required
Method:
In beef mince add gram lentils ,salt ,crushed red chili ,ginger garlic paste and water add and cook till then lentils and mince tender and water dry .now grind the masala and boil potatoes mix .after this make shami kabab and shallow fry in oil .finally garnish with salad leaves ,cucumber ,tomatoes and onion an serve .
