Besani Roll:
Ingredients
Paratha as required
Gram flour 2 cups
Cheese 1 cup
Finely green chilies 2
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Capsicum ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Soda 1 pinch
Finely chopped onion ½ cup
Oil for frying
Method:
In gram flour add cumin ,red chili ,salt ,soda and green chilies add and make thick mixture .after this in cheese add capsicums ,green coriander and onion add and mix .now parathas firstly dip in gram flour mixture .after this fill the cheese filling and again dip in gram flour mixture .then heat oil and fry then serve .
Dhaniyan Mirch Aalu:
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes ½ kg
Coriander ½ tsp
Small chilies 10
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Crushed chili 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and cut the long cut chilies then add. now sesame seeds, cumin, salt and crushed chili add. now boil potatoes add and mix well .now add yogurt and coriander then covered it .when water dry then add spices powder and lemon juice sprinkling and serve .
Tamatar masala kaleji:
Ingredients:
Chicken lever ½ kg
Tomato 250 grams
Onion 1
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 6
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Green coriander ½ bunch
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Cut the lever add lemon juice ,red chili powder ,1/2 tsp salt and garlic add and leave .after this add in a blender then add onion and tomato grind .after this heat oil and add curry leaves and mustard seeds .then feel the smell then add grinded tomatoes and onion .after this all ingredients add and roast .then add lever ,green chilies and green coriander add and cover it .
