Beef Onion Pasanday:
Ingredients:
Beef ½ kg
Onion 250 gm
Tomatoes sliced 2
Green chilies 6
Green coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Red chili ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Method:
Boiled beef strips. Turn off flame when its done. Heat oil fries the onion till brown in color. Add crushed black pepper, salt, red chili, green chilies and beef cook till done. Add lemon juice, green coriander and chopped ginger, turn off flame. Add tomatoes sliced and serve.
Sabzi Pulao:
Ingredients:
Rice boiled ½ kg
Tomatoes 250 gm
Peas 250 gm
Potatoes 2
Carrots 2
Green onion 250 gm
Cottage cheese 200 gm
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Green chilies 10
Salt 1 tsp
Curry leaves 10
Onion 1
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil add peas, potatoes, carrot and onion fry well. Add cottage cheese. Add water and vegetable cook till done. Add tomatoes, crushed black pepper, cottage cheese, boiled rice and salt mix well. Left for 10 simmer. Turn off flame & remove in a dish. Heat oil add curry leaves and brown onion, apply tarka on vegetables.
