Band Gobi Kheer:
Milk 1 liter
Cabbage grated ½ kg
Rice powder ½ kg
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Almonds & pistachio ½ cup
Silver paper as required
Kewara essence few drops
Dry milk 1 cup

Mooli kay parathay:

Ingredients:

Grated Radish ½ kg
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Raw Mango Powder 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
Onion Seeds ½ tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves ½ bunch
Bengal Gram Flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for parathas :
Flour 2 cup
Ghee for frying
Bengal Gram Flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Whole Coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Water For kneading

METHOD:
First in a bowl, add ½ kg grated radish, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp raw mango powder, ½ tsp fennel seeds, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp nigella seeds, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, ½ bunch mint leaves, 2 tbsp bengal gram flour and 1 tsp salt and mix it. For making parathas, take 2 cup flour in a bowl and then add 1 cup Bengal gram flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp whole coriander and 1 tsp red chili powder and knead it along with water. Make small balls of the dough and make rotis and in the centre add the radish mixture and then put another roti and fry it with ghee.
