Ingredients:
Chicken Legs 6
Plain Flour 1/4 Cup
Breadcrumbs 1/4 Cup
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Onion 2 (Paste)
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
National Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
National White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Leg Bone Ingredients:
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take Chicken Leg Pieces and cut it and separate the meat and bones.
Step 2: Now take a chopper and add all meat and then add Onion, Green Chilli, National Ginger Garlic Paste, National Chilli Sauce, National Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Egg, National Salt, Paprika Powder, National White Pepper Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, Button Red Chilli, Oregano, Corn Flour, Breadcrumbs and chopped it well. Now your chicken batter/mince is ready.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add chicken leg bones and add National Chilli Sauce, National Soya Sauce, National Salt, National Black Pepper Powder, Vinegar and mix it well and rest it for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Now take a bone and make a ball of chicken batter/mince and place on the bone and bind it and make a Drumsticks shape and then coating with Plain Flour and follow this method and make all Drumsticks and then rest it for 1/2 hour in Refrigerator. You can also freeze it for 1 week with cover.
Step 5: Now take a karahi and half fill with oil and preheat it and deep fry it on medium flame until it become into golden brown color. Now your Bakery Style Chicken Drumsticks is Ready.
